One-touch dialing and amenity services make it possible for users to order drinks, schedule a wakeup call, and stay in touch via their own smart devices. This eliminates the need for travelers to constantly learn how to utilize technology from hotel to hotel, all while taking advantage of the hotel’s existing infrastructure.
