How F3TCH Uses SMS

F3TCH's SMS functionality is strictly limited to communication between a hotel and its guests, active only during their stay. We do not use SMS for broad marketing campaigns. Our SMS is designed for transactional purposes, such as:

• Sending reservation confirmations (e.g., "Your table for [Date] is confirmed.")
• Responding to service requests (e.g., "Your room service order #123 is on its way.")
• Providing check-in/check-out updates (e.g., "Welcome to [Hotel]! Your room is ready.")
• Sharing limited, stay-specific offers (e.g., "Tonight's dinner special at [restaurant] is available for guests.")

SMS communication ceases after the guest's stay, ensuring no further messages are sent unless the guest returns and reactivates the F3TCH platform.
